Didn’t really have a chance to eat breakfast my sister’s vehicle was broken into that night and golf clubs stolen. Everyone was a little upset over everything. I would suggest maybe having more cameras and possibly more lighting. Maybe the Kingsburg Police Dept. could pass through a few times. There were 3 vehicles broken into that night. The hotel was very nice and this is no reflection on the hotel but it was very upsetting.

I came for a funeral, not fun. I have been coming to Kingsburg for 50 years to visit family. Family has stayed here in the past and recommended it. Ok I am almost 70 so, honestly I could have used better signage but, I figured it out and got a few laughs. The staff on every shift, doing all jobs were all friendly and so helpful. The is definitely a strong point!!! The cleanliness, the furnishings are also awesome. The bedding, plus! I even went online to find the summer comforter. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the wall containers and the quality: plus, plus, plus. The breakfast and sharing the staff working it. Plus again. Great experience. Definitely, will recommend and will stay there next time I come to Kingsburg. I want to say again - the staff are really the selling point, everything else was fantastic but, the staff - ALL of them are sincerely the best. They will sell the stay, every time.

The breakfast was great! The staff that was working the complimentary breakfast were the best. They were so fast and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such great service from hotel staff, not just towards us but they were very helpful and accommodating to other groups/families during breakfast! There was also a 24 hours coffee station which was AMAZING!

Breakfast was okay, really bland. The location is great, it’s the entrance that s weird location. The hotel is fenced off from the shopping center. If it was all connected be a lot easier to get o the entrance of the hotel

quick and easy check in. front desk guy turned on the lights in breakfast area so we could have our late dinner together

Nice room. Had everything we needed. Breakfast could have more healthy options. Staff was very nice!
